Art takes time. Pieces you might find here are still on the bench — far enough along to share, but not yet finished. Consider it a look over my shoulder while the work is still moving.

Withheld — Withheld Withheld explores the quiet territory between what we feel and what we allow ourselves to say. Embedded textile creates a richly tactile surface across the figure, while red thread drawn across the mouth introduces a deliberate act of restraint.

The thread does not reveal who placed it there - or why. The silence may be imposed, but it may also be chosen. We withhold words for countless reasons: to protect ourselves or others, to avoid conflict, to preserve a secret, or simply because some experiences resist language. Red thread will be added across the mouth to serve as a reminder that silence does not always require a powerful force. To Be Determined

The Quiet Archive (Completed) — The Quiet Archive (Completed) The Quiet Archive considers the human body as a repository - an accumulation of experience, memory, damage, and endurance. Its weathered surface holds fragments and traces like artifacts embedded over time- some visible, others nearly erased. With closed eyes, the figure turns inward, quietly holding what cannot always be spoken. 1,200
